Jessica was born into the world as a highly sensitive being, who had a natural capacity for clearly feeling and sensing the emotions and subconscious material of others. Like most children who aren't supported for their gifts, she shut them down and didn't reopen them until she truly began her own healing journey in 2009 at the onset of a series of painful lessons and emotional anguish. This uncovered the first layers of false programming and disempowering default life-cycles. Through ongoing inner work, she has since transformed her habitual patterns and challenges, which were keeping her stuck, into living a life of authenticity and purpose. Along this journey, she has discovered the rich inner landscape of being an Empath, the innate gifts that accompany it and what it takes to be an empowered Highly Sensitive Person. In this time, Jessica has completed studies in psychology and had the honour of training with some of Australia and Bali's leading holistic therapists, teachers and academics. It is through these experiences and incredible teachings that Jessica has been able to develop the wholehearted and intuitive healing work she shares with you today.

As Jessica is passionate about supporting others on their journey of self-discovery, she has developed her own private practice, assisting people through the deepest aspects of awareness, awakening and the ascension process. At the heart of her work, Jessica finds great satisfaction in supporting other sensitive kindred spirits, namely newly realised Empaths and Highly Sensitive People. She delights in guiding them to appreciate their intricate nature, achieve balance and inner peace, all whilst coming into their own power and purpose.
